Daniel Felber has extensive experience in technical support and field service within the electrical and coffee machine industries. Since September 1993, Daniel has served as the Technical Support Manager International at Schaerer AG, where responsibilities include conducting technical training globally on fully automatic coffee and cappuccino machines, as well as sharing expertise in machine operation, water and coffee quality, optimal settings, troubleshooting, and latte art. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Field Technician at Bobst elektro AG and as an Elektromonteur at EEF from 1988 to 1993. Daniel completed an apprenticeship in electrical installation at EPSIC École professionnelle de Lausanne, earning a CFC in Elektromonteur.
