Samantha Jones (Miksich)

Samantha Miksich Jones is an experienced professional in talent experience and human resources, currently serving as Talent Experience Manager at Schafer Condon Carter since May 2018. Miksich Jones has progressed through various roles at SCC, including Talent Experience Generalist and Talent Experience Coordinator. Prior to this, Miksich Jones worked at Critical Mass as a Recruiting Coordinator and gained early experience as a Human Resources Coordinator intern. Miksich Jones also held the position of Guest Services Agent at Four Points by Sheraton and served as Crew Chief at Mad Bomber Fireworks Productions. Miksich Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Management and Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, completed in 2016.
