Michael Elwood has extensive experience in construction estimating, currently serving as an Estimator at Schaffer since January 2024. Prior roles include Estimator positions at Ashton Commercial Construction from June 2022 to January 2024 and at Precision Demolition from February 2019 to June 2022. Additionally, Michael has a background in sports, having worked as a Youth Baseball Coach for the Dallas Tigers from September 2018 to July 2021 and as a Professional Baseball Player for both the Gateway Grizzlies and the Normal CornBelters. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Canisius University, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2016, and attended Niagara County Community College from 2011 to 2013.
