Tricia Smith has held various roles within the real estate industry. Tricia started their career at Ryan Homes in 2002 as a Sales and Marketing Representative, and gradually moved up to become a Division Sales Manager in 2004. Tricia later served as a Regional Sales Manager from 2011 to 2013 and then as the General Manager- Land Acquisition from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they held the position of General Manager and VP at Ryan Homes. Since 2017, Tricia has been working as the Division President at Schell Brothers.
Tricia Smith earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Longwood University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001.
