Yves Jeanrenaud

Yves Jeanrenaud is a Partner and Head of the Real Estate and Construction department at Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd in Geneva, a position held since February 2000. With extensive experience in property law, Yves specializes in real estate investments and transactions, sale and leaseback operations, commercial leases, and ground leases on both domestic and international levels. Prior to this role, Yves served as a Partner at Brunschwig Wittmer from January 1991 to February 2000, focusing on Real Estate, Construction, and Litigation. Yves holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Northwestern University, completed in 1985, and a Licentiate degree in Law from the University of Zurich, obtained in 1983.
