Declan Toomey. Cmilt

Declan Toomey, CMILT, has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently holding the position of Regional Operations & Customer Manager Contract Logistics for DB Schenker in Cork and Shannon since July 2004. In this role, Toomey assumes overall responsibility for the Cork branch, managing a team of over 50 individuals while maintaining full profit and loss accountability. Prior to this, Toomey served as Branch Manager and Ocean Product Manager for Kuehne + Nagel from March 2000 to July 2004, and held the position of District Manager at Expeditors International from November 1992 to March 2000. Toomey's educational background includes a degree in Supply Chain from CILT, completed between 2003 and 2005, alongside secondary education at Abbey CBS in Tipperary Town and Christian Brothers Tipperary.
