Weber Pamela currently serves as Leiterin HR Services und Payroll at Schindler Deutschland since October 2019, overseeing employee services and payroll functions for the company's workforce. Prior to this role, Weber Pamela was Project Lead Global HR Shared Services at BASF Service Europe GmbH from October 2018 to October 2019, where responsibilities included defining the future HR architecture, aligning global requirements, and enhancing process digitalization. Additionally, Weber Pamela held the position of Head of HR Services Germany at BASF Services Europe GmbH from July 2015 to October 2019, managing a department of 165 employees and supporting 30 German group companies, including the headquarters in Ludwigshafen.
