Lucy Yu

Lucy Yu is an experienced professional in global procurement and organizational excellence, currently serving as Manager of the Global Procurement Center of Excellence at Schindler Group since July 2019. Previous roles at Schindler include Organization Development Manager and Senior Manager of Organizational Excellence. Before joining Schindler, Lucy held key positions at Sandvik Mining and Construction, where responsibilities included leading teams and managing global sourcing initiatives, as well as at Accenture, where contributions spanned from consultancy to managerial roles, focusing on strategic sourcing and operational improvements. Lucy holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain from Tongji University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
