Sheetal Shah

Sheetal Shah serves as the Head of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific region at Schindler Group since October 2022, managing HR functions for over 13,000 employees across 17 countries. Prior to this role, Sheetal held various senior HR positions within Schindler India, including Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, contributing significantly to employee engagement and talent development initiatives. With experience in diverse HR roles across multiple countries, including HR Director for Schindler UAE, Sheetal has a proven track record of leading workforce transitions, implementing strategic HR projects, and enhancing organizational culture. Sheetal holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies.
