Swapnil Chougule is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in supplier development and quality management within the electrical and electronics sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Supplier Development at Schindler India since May 2012, Swapnil oversees the development of critical components such as PCBAs and electrical harnesses. Prior roles include Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager positions focused on product line development and supplier localization. Previously, Swapnil gained expertise at Emerson Network Power as a Senior Engineer in Supply Chain Quality, conducting root cause analyses and employing quality tools to enhance component reliability. Swapnil began the career as a Production Engineer at Aplab Limited, contributing to the production of UPS and frequency converters. Educationally, Swapnil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Shivaji University, completed in 2007.
