Prior to this, Stephanie held various managerial roles at Schmidt Futures, including overseeing strategic planning for multiple philanthropic portfolios in science and technology. Experience includes serving as Organisation Strategist at Yajilarra Trust, where strategies for impact measurement were developed, and managing investments aimed at improving First Nations economic inclusion. A background in community housing and consulting is complemented by a strong educational foundation with degrees in Climate Change and Food Security from Monash University, completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a certification in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
