Mike Gagnon

Mike Gagnon serves as the Sr. Northeast Field Recruiting Manager at Schneider National since August 2017. With a robust career in recruitment and career services, Gagnon previously held the position of Career Services Director at New England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS), where focus was placed on developing graduates' occupational careers while maintaining compliance with ACCSC standards. Prior experience includes managing the Refugee Resettlement Employment Program at the International Institute of New England, significantly increasing employment opportunities for refugees, and working as a Program Manager at Granite Bay Connections, where Gagnon oversaw individual service plans for those with various challenges. Additionally, Gagnon has a background in sales and marketing as a Recruiting Agent at Elite Producers Group and as a Membership Sales Representative at Workout Club & Wellness Center. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Springfield College.
