Greg Russell

Greg Russell has significant experience in data management and technology leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Customer Applications, Data, and CRM at Scholastic since April 2016, Greg previously held the role of Director of Customer Data and Insight. Prior to Scholastic, Greg was the Director of Enterprise Data and Business Intelligence at Equinox, where responsibilities included creating an advanced enterprise data warehouse. Greg's career also includes positions at Dow Jones, where as Director of Web Services and Data Warehouse, Greg contributed to data services supporting substantial annual revenue, and at Desi Hits!, where Greg was the Chief Technology Officer and VP of Software Development. Additional roles include VP of Software Engineering at Navio Systems, Senior Manager of Application Development at Oracle/Peoplesoft, and Director of Software Product Development at OpenLink Financial. Greg holds advanced degrees in System Design and Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
