Tyler Norman

Tyler Norman, MBA, PgMP, PMP, is a seasoned program and project management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager of Business Operations at Scholastic, Tyler manages large, cross-functional programs and oversees executive stakeholder management, business analysis, and PMO governance. Prior roles include Lead of Continuous Improvement at Spire, where Tyler managed complex initiatives and implemented lean principles, and Project Manager & Safety Champion at Elite Flooring, Inc., overseeing a significant project portfolio and safety management. Additional experience includes project management roles at Industrial Steel Fabricators and as Event Manager at the University of Illinois Ice Arena. Tyler holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Systems Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
