Kyle H. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kyle started their career in 2000 as a Paramedic Specialist at Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center. In 2005, they also took on the role of District Chief at Area Ambulance Service.
In 2006, Kyle joined Cardio Partner Resources as the Chief Operating Officer, a position they held for over a decade until 2017. During their tenure, they also served as the Manager of MIS at Cardio Partners from 2017 to 2019.
In 2019, Kyle transitioned to GuardMetrics as the CTO/CIO and worked there until 2021. In the same year, they founded Solutions Architecture, LLC and became the Owner of the company.
Currently, Kyle is working at School Health Corporation, where they have held the positions of Director of Customer Success since June 2021 and Director of Solutions Development and Innovation since January 2023.
Kyle H. has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, which they obtained from Upper Iowa University in the years 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Kirkwood Community College from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an associate's degree (AA) in Paramedicine. Additionally, Kyle has obtained two certifications: one as a Certified in Culture Index & Predictive Analytics from Culture Index in January 2022, and another as a Caspio Certified Developer from Caspio, Inc. in July 2022.
