Sebastiaan Garst has a strong background in product development and manufacturing. Sebastiaan started their career in 2002 as a Research Engineer at Industrial Research Institute Swinburne. Sebastiaan then joined MiniFAB, where they held various roles throughout the years, including Project Engineer, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Head of New Product Introduction, and currently serves as the VP of Product Development.

Sebastiaan Garst completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen in the years 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended the University of Twente in 1997 and pursued Mechanical Engineering. In 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Microtechnology at Swinburne University of Technology. Most recently, in 2016, they completed the General Manager Program in Business Administration and Management, General at AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
