Benjamin Fürst has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the automation and manufacturing industry. Benjamin currently holds the position of Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) at Schuler Pressen GmbH and Executive Vice President of the Industry Division at the Schuler Group since January 2024. Prior to this, they were the Director of Global Automation and Site Manager at Schuler Group starting from August 2021. Before joining Schuler Group, they worked at M.A.i GmbH & Co. KG as a Prokurist, Member of the Management Board, and Head of Project Management from January 2020 to July 2021. Benjamin also gained valuable experience at Schuler Group from August 2011 to December 2019, where they held various leadership positions in project management, commissioning, and order control. Benjamin Fürst began their career at Dürr (formerly Lufttechnik Bayreuth) in 1998, where they completed their apprenticeship, worked as a skilled worker, and later as a project engineer until July 2011.

Benjamin Fürst has a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law from the German Graduate School of Management and Law (GGS), which they completed in 2020. Benjamin also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive MBA from the WU Executive Academy, completed in 2017. In addition, they have a Master of Science (MS) in Strategie, Management und Technologie from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, completed in 2012. Before pursuing their higher education, Benjamin Fürst obtained qualifications as an Anlagenmechaniker / Industriemeister Metall / Technischer Betriebswirt from IHK in 2008.
