Christoph Münch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Christoph started their career as a Financial Consultant at BW-Bank from 2007 to 2011. Christoph then pursued an internship at eberle-hald Handel und Dienstleistungen Metzingen GmbH in 2011. Following that, they joined Eberspächer Group where they worked as a Undergraduate Study Programme participant and later as a Referent Global HR Reporting / Corporate Strategy, Planning & Reporting from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, they took on a Lecturer role at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Expert in Compensation & Benefits, HR Reporting & Controlling at an unspecified company. In 2019, they became an HR Business Partner until 2020 when they took on the role of HR Director / HR Business Partner Organization. Currently, they are working as an HR Director / HR International cooperation at Schuler Group, responsible for HR cooperation between domestic and foreign subsidiary companies, international M&A processes, recruitment of Managing Directors for foreign subsidiaries, and serving as the HR interface to the parent company Andritz.

Christoph Münch obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration (Industrial Management) from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in 2014. Christoph then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, completing it in 2017.
