Kevin Kärcher has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Kevin started their career at Schuler Group in 1995, where they held various roles as a Konstrukteur and later as a Technischer Projektleiter - Konstrukteur. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Head of Mechanical Engineering in the Division Service - Industry. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Head of Engineering in the Division Service. Currently, they are working as a Lehrbeauftragter für Umformtechnik / Umformmaschinen at Hochschule Ravensburg-Weingarten, starting in 2023.

Kevin Kärcher holds an MBA degree in Master of Business Administration from FH Burgenland, which they obtained from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Kontaktstudium Management at Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2017. In 2002, they completed their education with a degree as a state-certified technician (Maschinentechnik) from Fachoberschule für Technik - Ravensburg. Additionally, Kevin has obtained various certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in 2020, and they became a member of the Schuler Leadership Training Programm in 2017. Kevin also holds the AEVO - Berufs- und arbeitspädagogische Eignung certification from IHK Bodensee-Oberschwaben, which they obtained in 2002.
