Maurizio Magini has extensive work experience in procurement and logistics. Maurizio most recently served as the Head of Location Procurement at Schuler Group. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions within the company, including Head of Commodity Management and Head of Strategic Procurement. Before joining Schuler Group, Magini worked at Müller Weingarten AG, where they held several logistics roles, including Manager of Production Logistics and Head of Factory Logistics.

Maurizio obtained their allgemeine Hochschulreife degree from Schelztorgymnasium Esslingen from 1974 to 1985. Later, they pursued a degree in Industriekaufmann from Müller Weingarten AG from 1985 to 1988. Finally, they obtained a staatlich geprüfter Betriebswirt degree from AKAD University from 1989 to 1993.
