Their career began at Siemens Energy & Automation, where they worked as a Systems Engineer from October 1994 to October 1999. Rohitashwa was involved in commissioning and implementing industrial automation systems for rolling mills and gained onsite experience in the US and India for greenfield rolling mill plant installations.

Rohitashwa Pant obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from an unnamed institution from 1990 to 1994. Rohitashwa later pursued an MBA from INSEAD, completing it in the year 2000.
