Thomas Kamphausen has extensive work experience in financial management and executive leadership roles. Thomas started their career at Group Brandt / Blomberg-Werke GmbH in 1992, where they served as Geschäftsführer / kaufmännischer Leiter until 1999. In 1999, they joined SSI Schäfer as Geschäftsführer / CFO, a position they held until 2019. In 2019, they became CFO Mitglied des Vorstands Schuler AG at Schuler Group.
From 1983 to 1988, Thomas Kamphausen attended Justus Liebig University Giessen, where they earned a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Diplom-Ökonom).
