Neil Begley

Neil Begley is a Special Counsel and Attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP since November 2010, specializing in representing investment funds and broker dealers in various distressed investing transactions such as financial restructurings, DIP financing, and distressed debt trading. Prior experience includes serving as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2009, a Judicial Intern at the Chambers of the Honorable Stephen S. Mitchell, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in 2008, and an Underwriter at FCIA Management Company, Inc. from 2000 to 2007. Neil Begley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law.
