Wendy Heberlein

Wendy Heberlein is a highly experienced professional in the food science industry with a comprehensive background in product development, quality management, and project management. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at Schwan's Company since July 2017, Wendy has held various roles including Senior Food Scientist and Food Scientist, focusing on innovative food product formulations. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Food Technologist at Better Baked Foods, LLC, and Project Manager at Microbac Laboratories, Inc., among others. Wendy has developed expertise in managing quality assurance operations and leading product launches, such as Welch’s White Grape Classics juice line. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Penn State University.
