Jennifer is currently the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Retail Sales at Schweid & Sons since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Marketing and Innovation at Schweid & Sons, where they successfully doubled the brand size and achieved the #1 market share at Retail through the development of an equity advertising campaign. Jennifer implemented integrated marketing activation strategies across multiple platforms and closely monitored key performance indicators and return on advertising spend. Jennifer also held the position of Director of Marketing at Schweid & Sons.

Before joining Schweid & Sons, Jennifer worked at Campbell Soup Company as a Senior Brand Manager for global snack brands. Jennifer led the US business team and managed profitability and growth for premium brands from Australia and Denmark.

Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Pepperidge Farm in several key roles, including Senior Brand Manager for global strategy, marketing, and business development. Jennifer drove significant revenue growth and profit doubling by leading marketing and sales efforts across multiple countries. Jennifer was also responsible for marketing and sales planning, supply chain management, and distributor management.

Jennifer began their career at Kraft Foods Group as a Senior Associate Brand Manager and gained experience in product marketing and management.

Jennifer also served as an Associate Marketing Director at Reader's Digest Association, where they contributed to marketing strategies for various products and campaigns.

Jennifer's early career included a role as a Senior Product Manager at The Walt Disney Company, where they managed product development and marketing efforts.

Overall, Jennifer has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading successful marketing campaigns, and managing cross-functional teams in the consumer goods industry.

Jennifer Versacci has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business from the NYU Stern School of Business. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jennifer has obtained a LEAD Certification from WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., The Women's Organization for Mentoring, Education and Networking in June 2007.

In the late 1800s, Harry Schweid began selling quality meats to butchers and restaurants in New York City’s Lower East Side. By the 1950s, his son Sam Schweid continued in his father’s footsteps and established a successful meat shop in Harlem. In 1978, Sam’s son David Schweid took his family’s long-withstanding heritage in the meat purveyor industry and founded Schweid & Sons, a company that would focus on one product – ground beef.
