Jonas Glatthard is an experienced journalist currently serving as a Redaktor at the Storytelling-Desk of SRF News since June 2022, focusing on visually and interactively narrating compelling stories in politics, economics, and society for digital channels. Prior to this role, Jonas worked as a Data Journalist at SWI swissinfo.ch from February 2020 to May 2022, producing data-driven articles, particularly on direct democracy, while also supporting colleagues with data analyses. An internship as a Data Journalist at the University of Zurich laid the foundation for these skills, where assistance was provided in a political data journalism seminar from August 2018 to July 2020. Additionally, Jonas has experience in education and support roles, having worked as a Klassenassistenz in Kindergarten Wettingen and completed civil service in various institutions. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Film Studies, both from the University of Zurich.
