Ben Fawcett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ben started their career as a Raft Guide at the U.S. National Whitewater Center in 2012. Ben then worked as a Student Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools before transitioning to the corporate world. At Signarama, they served as a Sign Consultant, creating solutions for businesses' visibility and signage needs, offering marketing advice, and attending networking events. Ben then joined Carolina Office Systems as an Outside Sales Account Executive, where they helped companies manage their existing technology assets and improve document workflow processes. Ben later became a Sales Supervisor at the same company, managing a growing team and providing guidance to develop their skills. In 2017, Ben joined Coltene Whaledent, Inc. as a Territory Manager, responsible for sales training and managing a territory. Ben continued in this role until 2023 when they moved to COLTENE SciCan, where they currently serve as the North American Sales Training Manager and Territory Manager.

Ben Fawcett earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in the year 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained several certifications including Raft Guide certification from USNWC in 2012 and NC Teaching Certification in 2013. Moreover, they obtained First Aid/CPR certification in the year 2012.
