Rajesh Narasimhan

Rajesh Narasimhan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee at Sundaram Clayton Limited, Narasimhan has also held positions as Director and CEO at TVS Digital Pte. Ltd. and has been influential in driving innovations in the automotive and financial services sectors. Additionally, Narasimhan serves on the boards of several technology-focused enterprises, including Intellicar Telematics Pvt. Ltd., Scienaptic AI, and Predictronics Corp., among others. With a solid educational background that includes a Management Education Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications, Narasimhan combines technical expertise with strategic vision, particularly in cyber security and digital transformation initiatives across the TVS Group and its subsidiaries.
