Cartya Cesar is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and project controls. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Scientific Systems since November 2020, Cartya is responsible for reviewing project schedules, ensuring cost accuracy, and forecasting revenue. Previously, at Massachusetts Port Authority, Cartya held the role of Project Controls Administrator, where responsibilities included invoice accuracy and monthly accrual preparation. Additional experience includes an Executive Assistant position at Community Resources For Justice, an Administrative Assistant role at RTI International, and an Accounting Associate position at George R. Baxendale, CPA, INC. Cartya holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Framingham State University.
