Hai Ying has over two decades of experience in software development, currently serving as the Director of Software Development at SCIEX since November 2000. Previous roles at SCIEX include Software Development Manager, Software Technical Manager, Team Lead, and Sr. Software Developer, as well as leading the Pharma-Qual line of business and serving as an Agile Coach. Earlier experience includes a Post Doctoral Fellow and Research Associate position at McGill University from September 1998 to October 2000, and a Research Assistant role in the Department of Computer Science at Hong Kong Baptist University in 1994-1995. Hai Ying holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry and a BA in Physical Chemistry from Xiamen University.
