Kevin Roberts is Vice President, Global Service. He is accountable for service operations globally and the delivery of customer-centric service and support worldwide.
Kevin has been with SCIEX for more than 26 years. He joined the company as a Field Service Engineer and worked his way up to his current leadership position. Over the years, he has played a leading role in implementing a competitive and differentiating global service strategy, an enhanced aftermarket product portfolio, the expansion and increased effectiveness of their aftermarket sales organization and a best-in-class service organization focused on customer success. Prior to joining SCIEX Kevin worked at The Institute for Genomic Research as a laboratory technician in the DNA Sequencing division. He was also a Helicopter Crew Chief in the United States Marine Corps and served as a member of the Presidential Helicopter Squadron (HMX-1).
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
