The Transport Solutions segment is engaged in the development, design, manufacture and supply of monorail transportation infrastructure systems equipment and services, and related engineering support services. The Transport Solutions segment also manufactures, fabricates and assembles commercial coaches, truck vehicle bodies and special purpose vehicles. The Marine Services segment is engaged in the provision of transportation of bulk aggregates for the coal industry. It is executing monorail projects in Brazil, India and Malaysia. It has presence in approximately 50 locations across over 20 countries.
