Ashley Partridge currently holds the position of People and Growth Director and Human Resources Business Partner at Scoot Education since February 2022. Previously, Ashley served as the VP of Operations and Human Resources at Paradise Activity Company from July 2011 to February 2022, where significant growth was achieved, expanding the company from 1 to 20 resorts within five years. In earlier roles, Ashley worked at Herschend Family Entertainment as the Marketing Events and Publicity Supervisor, overseeing online marketing campaigns and launching the company website, along with enhancing departmental efficiency in Entertainment & Events HR. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Missouri State University.
