Nisa DiShawn Neely, MBA, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Field Representative at the U.S. Department of Commerce since September 2023. Additionally, Nisa holds roles as a Substitute Teacher at Scoot Education and a Leasing Consultant at Pacific Reach, both starting in July 2023. Nisa is also the Director of Operations and Agency Principal at Stuck in My Head Media, a boutique advertising and marketing firm founded to create customized campaigns targeting Gen-Xers and millennials. Previous experience includes a performer role at NBCUniversal, a Regional Program Manager at Amazon, and a Partnership Specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau, among others. Nisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia College Chicago and an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Saint Mary.
