Carolyn Hampton is an experienced payroll management professional with a strong background in various roles within the payroll and HR departments. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Scope (Aust) since September 2016, Carolyn has previously held significant positions such as Payroll & HR Systems Manager at St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria and Payroll Manager at VincentCare Victoria, where managerial responsibilities included overseeing payroll functions for more than 900 employees combined. Carolyn's extensive experience began in 1979 with the Coles Group, where initial roles evolved from casual checkout operator to Office Assistant, Office Manager, Project Officer, and finally leading a team in wages administration. Carolyn holds a high school education from Lilydale High School, completed in 1980.
