David Pytko is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and management within the education and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations Manager, and Lead at Scope (Aust) since June 2021, David previously held multiple roles at Goodstart Early Learning, Australia's largest early learning provider, including Talent Acquisition Manager and National Teacher Talent Acquisition Consultant. David's career also includes positions as a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Australia and Frontline Hospitality Recruitment, where notable achievements include exceeding KPIs and being awarded Hospitality Rookie Consultant of the Year in 2014. David holds a Master of Business Administration in Innovation & Leadership from Ducere Global Business School and a Diploma of Hospitality Management from St Patrick's Business College.
