Diane Wiehe

Diane Wiehe has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Diane is currently serving as the Head of Business Partnering-National at Scope (Aust), a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Senior People and Culture Program Manager at the same company from July 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining Scope (Aust), Diane worked as the People and Culture Manager at Scope (Aust) from January 2020 to April 2021. Diane also served as the Human Resources Project Manager at the Department of Education and Training - Victoria from August 2017 to July 2019, where they collaborated with the leadership team on various HR projects.

Diane's previous work experience includes roles such as HR Transformation Manager at Life Without Barriers, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Western Power, Policy Manager Employee Relations-Consultant at Unilever, HR Manager-Fixed Term at Deloitte, and Interim Employee Relations Manager at Unilever. Diane also worked as an HR Business Partner at UBS Investment Bank.

Throughout their career, Diane has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning, employee engagement, policy development, and talent management.

Diane Wiehe obtained a BSc in Environmental Science from The Open University between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in employment law at MOL Learn from 2006 to 2008. In 1999 and 2000, they also received a Certificate in Personnel from Birkbeck, University of London.
