Natalie Giddings is an experienced professional with a strong background in early childhood education and disability services. Currently serving as the Customer Service and Delivery Manager at Scope (Aust) since July 2019, Giddings oversees the transformation of government-operated disability accommodation and respite services to non-government management. Previously, Giddings held various leadership roles at Goodstart Early Learning, including Regional Operations Manager and Operational Processes Lead, where responsibilities included strategic direction, quality education delivery, and implementation of national initiatives. Additional experience spans roles at ABC Developmental Learning Centres and Precious Moments Child Care Centre. Giddings holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from MWT Institute and a Diploma of Children's Services from Swinburne University of Technology.
