Rebecca Knights (Wright) is a versatile leader with extensive experience in operations support and project management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager Operations Support at Scope (Aust), Rebecca focuses on enhancing customer administration processes across the organization while driving systems improvements and operational continuity. Previously, Rebecca held leadership positions at Australian Home Care, where significant achievements included implementing an integrated Client Management System and overseeing multiple project teams. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Studies from RMIT University, alongside a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training from Swinburne University of Technology.
