Reece Adams has over 18 years of experience in the disability sector, with a focus on occupational therapy. They have held various roles throughout their career, including Senior Clinical Lead - Therapy at Scope (Aust) since 2023. Prior to that, Reece was the Occupational Therapy Manager & Allied Health Research and Innovation Lead at Hearth Support Services from 2022 to 2023. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Head of Centre for Developmental Disability Health at Monash Health. Reece also worked as an Occupational Therapist at Alfred Health, Scope Victoria, Inner East Community Health Service, Jewish Care Victoria, and Vision Australia. They have a passion for research and contributing to evidence-based practices in the field.

Reece Adams holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Deakin University. Reece completed their VCE at Haileybury College from 1996 to 2002. From 1991 to 1995, they attended Peninsula Grammar.
