Malachy O'Neill

Malachy O'Neill currently serves as Senior Director of QA at Scopely, focusing on an unannounced cross-platform MMO title since August 2025. Prior to this role, Malachy was the QA Director at Hypixel Studios for a brief period, overseeing the development of Hytale until the studio's closure. Malachy also held the position of Senior Director of Client Services at GlobalStep from June 2022 to January 2025, where responsibilities included supporting game studios in various areas such as Quality Assurance and Player Support. Before GlobalStep, Malachy worked at Jagex as QA Director from May 2019 to May 2022, managing quality assurance for RuneScape and other projects. Malachy's career began at Zynga, where as QA Director from January 2017 to May 2019, management of quality and release processes was provided for global studios.
