Dr. Val Golan

Dr. Val Golan, GPHR, SCP, serves as the Managing Director and Growth and HR Business Partner at GoLAN Consulting since April 2003, providing strategic HR services to numerous Israeli and European tech startups. With a comprehensive background in Human Resources, Dr. Golan has held positions at notable companies such as Tabit.cloud, Scopio Labs, Pontera, and Aidoc Medical, driving HR initiatives and infrastructure development. Education includes a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Global HR Management from Northcentral University, a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior & Information Systems from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA in Finance and International Marketing. Dr. Golan also holds a Certificate in Employment Law from Cornell University.
