Carilyn E. Daniel-Riley

Carilyn E. Daniel-Riley currently serves as the SCORE National Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Ambassador since January 2022 and has been a Business Mentor at SCORE Mentors - Professional Training and Coaching since January 2016. Previously, Carilyn worked as a Contract Instructor for the National Head Start Association - City of Memphis from April 2009 to March 2011, where development and delivery of upgrade classes on Microsoft 2010 Office applications were undertaken. Carilyn also held the position of Conference Producer at Wellesley Information Services from July 2003 to December 2008, focusing on IBM and SAP conferences and workshops. Early in the career, Carilyn served as a Software Instructor at IBM from October 1991 to February 2002, where coursework development and customized instruction for Lotus/IBM product training were provided, including certification training for over 200 instructor candidates globally.
