Richard Earle has extensive work experience in the field of software development and technical support. Richard started their career at Global Internet Cafe in 2001, where they served as a Team Leader and Assistant System Administrator for five years. Richard then joined Irish Broadband in 2006 and worked as a Technical Support Agent for one year before transitioning to the role of PHP Developer. In 2008, Richard joined Imagine Communications Group as a PHP Developer, where they stayed until 2011. Richard then joined Sentient Solutions LTD. as a Senior PHP Developer and worked there until 2022. Currently, Richard is working at Scorebuddy as the Lead Software Engineer for the Production & Support Team.

Richard Earle attended St. Columba's College from 1994 to 2000. Richard then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing in Multimedia Programming at Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology from 2002 to 2005. Richard later obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours degree in Computing Multimedia Systems / Web Engineering from the same institution from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their education, they also obtained certifications in UX Foundation Training from UXTraining.com and Zend PHP 5.3 from Zend in 2017 and 2012 respectively.
