Kai Auger has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011-2015, they were a Customer Service Representative at Marks and Spencer. In 2015, they began working at Upsteem.com LLC as a Customer Support/Project Manager. In 2013, they began working at Psience OÜ as a Recruitment and Research Consultant. In 2017, they started working at EDC Momentum as an Owner and at Psience OÜ as a Project Manager. In 2019, they began working at Sustainability School as a Co Host. In 2020, they started working at Scoro as a Customer Onboarding Expert and was later promoted to Senior Customer Onboarding Expert. In this role, they helped new customers successfully implement Scoro and organized and carried out customer training. Kai also worked to help customers navigate change management and drove adoption of Scoro as a new way of working. Kai also took part in the improvement of the customer journey and gave feedback about the onboarding processes.

Kai Auger attended Tallinn University from 2011 to 2014, studying Adult Education/Marketing Communication. Prior to that, they attended Rocca al Mare Kool from 2000 to 2009, where they received a General Education.
