Juan Andrés Arias

Juan Andrés Arias is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in market operations and regulatory governance. Currently serving at Scotiabank Colpatria since March 2018, Juan Andrés has held several key positions, including Gerente of Financial Markets Operations and Director of Volcker & Regulatory Programs Sustainment. Prior to this, Juan Andrés worked at BVC - Bolsa de Valores de Colombia S.A. as a Senior Trading Analyst from October 2014 to March 2018, and as a Financial Analyst at Davivienda from June 2012 to July 2013. Juan Andrés holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes (2015-2017) and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution (2010-2014), along with completing a Leadership Program at CESA in 2017.
