Grace Lee

Grace Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data and analytics within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Scotiabank since March 2021, Grace is instrumental in leveraging AI and data-driven insights to enhance business growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency across retail and wholesale banking. Prior to this role, Grace held the position of Chief Analytics Officer and Partner at EY from November 2014 to February 2021, where efforts concentrated on driving value creation and revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
