Kingsley Chak

Kingsley Chak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for Retail Deposits and Investments and Global Contact Centre at Scotiabank since May 2017, Kingsley previously held the titles of Vice President in Contact Centre Design and Senior Manager at Scotiabank. Prior to this, Kingsley was a Manager at Bain & Company from January 2014 to April 2017 and also worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from July 2008 to July 2011. Kingsley holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2011-2013) and a BScH in Life Science and Economics minor from Queen's University (2004-2008). Notably, Kingsley served as President & CEO of the Alma Mater Society of Queen's University, demonstrating leadership and commitment to organizational missions.
