Manuel Silva

Manuel Silva serves as a Docente de Posgrado at Universidad del Pacífico since August 2023 and holds the position of Global Director for Social Impact and Employee Engagement at Scotiabank since March 2020, where leadership of significant initiatives, including a record-setting Employee Giving Campaign, has been achieved. As Co-Founder and President of KUNAN, a non-profit organization advocating for social innovation in Peru since May 2014, Manuel has also been involved with various organizations such as L+1, Empresarios por la Educación, and ChangemakerXchange in advisory roles. Prior experience includes communications and sustainability management at AB Inbev Backus and Universidad de Piura, alongside teaching roles at Universidad de San Martín de Porres and extensive public relations expertise at Telefónica del Perú. Academically, Manuel holds a Master of Science in International Development from The University of Manchester and several professional diplomas in business intelligence and corporate communications.
