Royston Lim has extensive work experience in strategy and advisory roles. Royston is currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Investments at ScotPac Business Finance. In addition, Royston worked at TEEG as a Group Project Director and at Woolworths Group as a Senior Strategy Manager. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable consulting experience at L.E.K. Consulting, where they worked on strategy projects and commercial M&A due diligence. Royston began their career at P&O Cold Logistics as an Information Administrator and Logistics Officer. Overall, their work experience spans various industries and includes responsibilities such as developing customer strategies, managing projects, and providing strategic advice to senior executives.
Royston Lim completed their Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce degrees in Psychology and International Business, respectively, from The University of Auckland between 2002 and 2005.
